We not only have experience in design, development and manufacturing of hardware, but specialize in asset refurbishment and equipment repair along with providing field service. Our field service technicians are ready around the clock to provide services to meet our customers’ needs worldwide. Engineering expertise includes field service technicians, fluid power design engineers, electrical engineers, mechanical and design. We have a 100,000 SQFT facility which houses our machinists, welders, painters, and fabricators who are ready to meet all our customer's requirements at any time.

Working together to fulfill requirements

Our engineering strength is based on advanced mechanical, hydraulic, electrical design, and analysis capabilities used to solve complex problems and applications. We work with our customers and implement state-of-the-art engineering methods to fulfill specified requirements.

  • Concept-to-completion solution provider.
  • Development of work scope (scope of supply), functional design specifications, design basis documents, test procedures, data sheets and storage/maintenance, and commissioning procedures.
  • Utilizing Finite Element Analysis ANSYS (FEA) to determine stress, strength and deformation by examining the stiffness of components/structures that are beyond the scope of hand calculations, and to verify hand calculations.
  • MathCAD for presenting design calculations by eliminating human errors.
  • Applying American & International Standards (API, ASME, ASTM, ANSI, DNV, ABS, IEC, NEMA, IMCA etc.)
  • Two registered Texas PE's on staff.

DGI Logan senior staff designers can provide drawings and models based on our customer’s specific needs. Whether using existing designs or developing new ones, our goal is to provide drawings with a fast turn-around time.

  • We produce 2-dimensional General Assembly Drawings, Hydraulic and Electrical Schematics, Sequence drawings, part drawings, outline/interface drawings, P&ID’s, Scope of Supply drawings and detail drawings.
  • We also generate 3-Dimensional models. Use the power of 3D to present solutions; including 3D dynamic simulations.
